Our Ethos

Aiden Jae is a woman-owned, purpose-driven small business with a big passion for creating thoughtfully and beautifully designed fine jewelry meant to stand the test of time — sustainably and ethically, every step of the way.

We believe in the potential of jewelry as a means of elevated self-expression. It can be a powerful connection — to others, to the natural world, to the past, to the future... And we believe that at its best, jewelry is a reflection of your uniqueness, a way of complementing and expressing your individuality without overshadowing it, helping your soul to shine.

We welcome you to explore our collections, share our values, and celebrate your unique sparkle — together, with us.

Aiden Jae Founder, Randi Salvato.

Our Story

A formally trained figurative artist originally from Brooklyn, NY, Randi Salvato, founder of Aiden Jae, has worked behind the scenes of the jewelry industry for the last 20 years in merchandising, product development, and design.

Finally, after moving to the South Florida sunshine with her husband and children (Daniel Aiden and Sadie Jae — the meaning behind our brand name), the stars aligned for her to bring her own ideas and expertise into the light.

Randi's designs are inspired by nature, time, childhood, and sentimental memories — simultaneously personal and universal themes.

Our Standards

No disposable, fast-fashion jewelry here — we’re in it for the long haul.  Our jewelry is designed to be accessible, comfortable, and last a lifetime… worn daily, through work and play… and our decision to produce only in solid 9k and 14k yellow gold without plating is part of what makes that possible.

We offer 14k gold for those who prefer to stick to the traditional alloy most commonly used in the US. We also offer 9k gold, which is a little harder and has a slightly softer yellow tone. The pricing for 9k jewelry falls between gold-plated and vermeil jewelry and 14k gold jewelry, allowing for sustainable solid gold to become an attainable option to more people. Skipping the plating is better for the environment and means you don’t have to worry about ruining your jewelry from water or wear, as you would with plated jewelry.

We have strong, long-standing relationships with our factory in Thailand, our stone supplier in India, and our chain manufacturer in the United States.  Our gold is 100% recycled, and we only use conflict-free, responsibly sourced genuine stones.

Every shipment we make is carbon neutral and we are part of the noissue Eco Packaging Alliance community, so our packaging is as sustainable as it gets.  We’ve even made a chart so you know exactly what everything is made from and how to handle it.

Our Causes

It’s pretty simple… if our planet becomes uninhabitable, nothing else really matters — everything is connected and our planet is the foundation upon which all causes rest.

That’s why Aiden Jae is committed, as a very proud member of 1% for the Planet, to donating at least 1% of annual sales to environmental charities. Our focus is on pollinators, like bees and butterflies, through the incredible organization, Pollinator Partnership.

Pollinators are at the heart of maintaining our crucial and delicate global ecosystems and food supply, and with populations at risk, they need all the help we can give them.
